One and a half years after Road Records first went out of business they are closing down again. And this time it’s final as you can read on their website:
This time, I am sad to say, there is no alternative for us, we have literally tried everything in our powers to keep this place operating and nothing has worked for us.
Well, I’m also a little sad about this as I bought quite a few great records from their online store over the past three years…
Last week I received a copy of Delorentos’ new album which is really great and there is also a video for one of the songs called “Secret”. You can watch the video above or click here if this doesn’t work. Also you can buy the new album from Road Records (btw also available on iTunes).
Previously mentioned Director from Dublin are back with a new song. I already read on their Myspace page a few months ago that they’re working on some new stuff. Now they’ve released the first song “Play Pretend” for free download. Download it here or listen…

One day last week I was listening to Phantom Daily on Phantom over the internet. And there they were talking about the blog Dear Lover, where a Dublin guy anonymously writes letters/notes to his girlfriend about things he can’t tell her in person.
Well what shall I say? It’s interesting to read – that’s for sure – (also the comments) and it is something new – at least concerning the stuff I normally read on the web. Have a look for yourself…
