Song of the Day: Oasis – The Shock of the Lightning
Notes: Yes, I know probably everyone writes about Oasis right now. I just want to say that for some reason the Oasis-craziness passed me by, whether that’s good or bad. Maybe I’m a bit too young or whatever. The thing is that even though I like a lot of their songs, I never really was a fan. So which song should I post now? Just found out that The New Wine (already mentioned before) are offering some of their song for free download. They’re a band from Bergen (Norway), a city which is probably best know for the fact that Kings of Convenience and Erlend Øye respectively come from there. And actually The New Wine’s music also sounds a bit alike Erlend Øye’s stuff. Anyway, you can download below…
PS: Here’s one more great song of them (not included in the download), the best one I heard so far:

Song of the Day: The Electric Diorama – Oh Dear Now I’m Sure I Hate Your
Notes: Saw them live in Graz by chance last Friday (photos here). They were great. This song however sounds a bit like Fall Out Boy or something which I normally don’t like that much. Anyway, download or listen below…
